OUR STORY

FRGN Fitness launched in 2019 with a shared realization between friends: HEALTHY IS WEALTHY.

We believe that there’s nothing noble about being “better” than someone else. Rather, we believe that true nobility comes from challenging yourself to become a better version of who you are today than who you were yesterday. We discovered that the more we invested time and energy into our physical well-being, the more we noticed positive changes in our emotional health as well. We felt happier, more confident, and more energized.

No matter who you are, or what you do, your holistic health as a human being is most important. Our vision is to help people everywhere discover their greatest asset, self-investment.
