Yoga
Vinyasa yoga practice that connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement. Yogis can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, overall calmness and clarity.
Pilates
Mat Pilates class emphasizes biomechanics necessary to increase flexibility, maximize fitness, and improve balance and posture through a caring and personalized approach.
Water Aerobics
Low-impact workout incorporating simple athletics movements and breathing techniques in the water to help burn calories, release stress, and improve sense of well-being.
Boxing
Boxing circuit that includes mitt training and teaches techniques real fighters exhibit. It utilizes the body’s natural weight to perform cardio and strength movements that enhance muscle performance along with boxing movements.
HIIT
The ultimate workout, combining intervals of cardio and functional training movements in a fun and motivating group setting, designed to help each individual burn 500 to 1000 calories.
BOOTCAMP
A self paced workout involving functional movements and full body cardio that will have you sweating and your muscles burning.
SPIN
