FRGN FITNESS — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Trainer No-Show Refund
Full refund if trainer does not show within 15 minutes or cancels.

2. Client Cancellations
Full refund if canceled at least 3 hours before session.
No refund if within 3 hours unless approved emergency.

3. Trainer Cancellations
Full refund or free reschedule.

4. Late Clients
More than 10 minutes late = trainer may mark no-show.

5. Fees
Platform fees refunded only with full qualifying refunds.

6. Refund Time
3–7 business days.

7. Abuse
May result in suspension.
