What if no personal trainers are available in my area?

Please send us an email and we will help you find a nearby trainer.

Do clients need their own equipment?

No additional equipment is necessary, please notify us of the exercise items available at your location and
the designated trainer will supplement the rest. Our trainers provide all needed equipment.

Do apartments have additional fees?

There are no hidden fees associated with our services.

Are we an insured vendor?

FRGN is fully insured and can provide a master certificate for commercial general, automobile, umbrella,
and workers compensation coverage.

What if I need to cancel a session?

You can cancel for free up to 24 hours prior to your booking. Any cancelations made less than 24 hours are
subject to a full charge.
